SPATE – Simulated Poker Analysis and Testing Environment
If you are into on-line poker botting, you know Poker Academy. If you’re into poker botting you’ve definitely tried out PA’s Merkaat API, and felt frustrated after it’s inability to provide you with an environment to develop a poker bot without pulling out all of your hair. This is where spate comes into play. Spate is a pure simulation environment implementing the most crucial part of the Meerkat API and aims to get out of the users way. It is the fastest simulation environment for Java with 45.000 Hands/sec (AMD 2.6, 8GB) with 10 Call Bots plugged in. The project is an opensource projects and can be found at http://code.google.com/p/spate
